Holylands Arts (The Holylands Association LLC) operates this website, theholylands.org. We are based in O’Fallon, Missouri.
This policy describes the information we collect on this website, how we use it, and how to reach us. It applies to theholylands.org and to email, phone, mail, and other messages you send us. It does not apply to other websites we link to.
By using this website, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Children
This website is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, use the site only with a parent or guardian. If you believe we have information from a child under 13, email info@theholylands.org and we will delete it.
Information you give us
We collect information you choose to send us, including:
Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
Messages you submit through our contact or feedback form
Email addresses entered in our newsletter signup
Information you give when you schedule a phone call (our booking tool is provided by Square)
Information you give by email, phone, fax, or mail when you ask about a pilgrimage, sponsoring an olive tree, inviting us to a parish, or other ministry work
We do not currently operate an online store or take payment on this website. If you sponsor an olive tree or book a trip, payment is arranged off the website (for example by phone or email). Do not send payment card numbers through the contact form.
Information collected automatically
This site is hosted on Squarespace. Like most websites, it may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. Squarespace and similar tools may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used.
You can block cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
We may embed videos (for example from YouTube). Those services have their own privacy policies.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. No website is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive payment or password information through the contact form.
